Summary

How MegazoneCloud cleared the CRM friction holding back AWS co-sell

MegazoneCloud is Korea’s first and largest AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, serving more than 8,000 customers from Seoul and regional offices in the US, Japan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Alongside its cloud and AI services, it resells ISV software both directly and through AWS Marketplace Channel Partner Private Offers (CPPO), and its account managers co-sell with AWS on a growing share of deals.

In early 2025, MegazoneCloud tried setting up the integration between Salesforce and AWS Partner Central in-house, using AWS’s native CRM connector. But technical issues, including Apex batch errors and sync failures kept the two systems out of step, so account managers duplicated every opportunity registration between Salesforce and AWS Partner Central, and some skipped co-sell registration altogether.

In mid-2025, after comparing several third-party integrators, MegazoneCloud chose SaaSify. Account managers now create, submit and manage ACE opportunities directly from Salesforce. Registration takes about 30 seconds instead of 5 to 7 minutes, the sync issues have stopped, and partner-originated and AWS-originated opportunities have each grown about 4x year over year.

That capacity matters at MegazoneCloud’s scale. The company reported $1.16 billion in 2025 revenue, up 27.9% year over year, with $100 million coming from its overseas business.

We had several interviews with third-party integrators and made a thorough comparison of cost efficiency, capability and how much funding we could get. Based on that information, we chose SaaSify, and it was a great decision.”

About MegazoneCloud

MegazoneCloud is a cloud managed service provider (MSP) and AI company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Founded in 1998, it has more than 2,700 employees and 8,000 customers.

Its relationship with AWS

  • It was the first Korean company to join AWS’s Partner Agent Factory program.
  • It lists its own AIR suite of AI solutions and its professional services on AWS Marketplace.
  • Its AWS Alliance team runs the company’s AWS partnership, co-sell and Marketplace programs.

The challenge

MegazoneCloud’s ISV business was built on direct resale. As its AWS customer base grew, the team saw AWS Marketplace as a strong business opportunity and became a Marketplace channel partner as well. More Marketplace and co-sell activity meant more opportunities to register with AWS.

In early 2025, the team built the Salesforce to Partner Central integration in-house, but encountered challenges:

  • Constant sync problems. Salesforce Apex batch errors and synchronization failures kept Salesforce and Partner Central out of step.
  • Every deal entered twice. Account managers registered each opportunity in Salesforce and again in Partner Central, spending 5 to 7 minutes per registration.
  • Fields that didn’t match. Reps had to set every field by hand, and CRM fields often did not map to the right ACE fields.
  • Co-sell left on the table. Some account managers skipped registration altogether because of the sync issues and additional time needed to register opportunities on two platforms.

We tried to integrate our Salesforce and AWS Partner Central from early last year, but unfortunately, it was not successful. There were several technical issues, including Salesforce Apex batch errors and errors in synchronization between our Salesforce and Partner Central.”

By mid-2025, the team started looking for a third-party integrator that could support its demands.

Why MegazoneCloud chose SaaSify

In mid-2025, MegazoneCloud interviewed several third-party integrators and compared them on cost efficiency, capability and the funding it could access. It chose SaaSify, whose Salesforce integration fit the way its sellers already worked.

  • Reliable sync across regions. SaaSify’s Salesforce package replaced the native connector and completely ended the sync errors across MegazoneCloud’s regional offices.
  • No manual re-entry. Existing Salesforce opportunity fields map to ACE, so reps co-sell using data they already enter.
  • Co-sell without leaving Salesforce. Reps create, submit and manage ACE opportunities directly from their Salesforce records.

Support that keeps pace with AWS

The only thing consistent with AWS partner policies and features is how consistently they change. Each change has to be reflected in the integration. MegazoneCloud works closely with SaaSify to enhance features as these updates land, and when something needs fixing, SaaSify’s team responds fast.

SaaSify responds very fast to troubleshooting and support requests in relation to AWS Partner Central’s features and capabilities, which helps us better manage our opportunities.”

The results

  • About 90% less time per registration. Registering an opportunity in Partner Central dropped from 5 to 7 minutes to about 30 seconds.
  • 4x partner-originated opportunities. MegazoneCloud now registers around four times more partner offers per month compared to its 2025 rate.
  • 4x AWS-originated opportunities. AWS sellers also send four times more referrals per month compared to 2025.
  • No more sync issues. Salesforce and Partner Central have stayed in step since SaaSify went live.
  • More deals in co-sell. Account managers who used to skip co-sell now register deals and get AWS co-sell support, so co-sell’s share of deals is growing.
  • One workflow across regions. The Korea team trains account managers in the US, Japan, Vietnam and Hong Kong on the same Salesforce and SaaSify workflow, with guides in English and Japanese.

Advice for AWS partners

MegazoneCloud plans to keep building with SaaSify as AWS rolls out its new Partner Central experience and updates its partner programs. Jongchan’s advice to other partnership leaders comes from running both the native connector and SaaSify.

For those who need to integrate with AWS Partner Central or Marketplace, choosing the right partner is very important to fully utilize the available features. Choosing SaaSify was a great decision for us and has been a really good solution.”
