In 2025, SaaSify's ecosystem engagements were designed to support practical execution learning. Across hands-on workshops, joint sessions, and industry events, the emphasis remained on helping teams translate marketplace intent into operational reality.
Catalyst 2025
We kicked off the year at Catalyst 2025, where discussions converged on three clear shifts: multi-cloud as the default, tighter co-sell alignment, and usage-led buying. These conversations also surfaced where teams were slowing down-onboarding delays, unclear validations, and manual co-sell steps-reinforcing the need for scalable, automation-led workflows led by SaaSify.
That insight carried through the rest of the year.
AWS Startup Roadshow (Paris & Berlin)
SaaSify's AWS partnership workshops in Paris and Berlin brought together 100+ early-stage founders and GTM leaders for focused, hands-on sessions on making AWS Marketplace and co-sell execution real. Participants walked away with:
- A clear 6-month AWS partnership roadmap, outlining Marketplace readiness, co-sell priorities, and execution sequencing.
- Practical co-sell operating guidance, including how CRM integration and pipeline hygiene directly impact AWS deal velocity.
- Better clarity on where AI and automation add leverage, especially in reducing manual partnership overhead as scale increases.
- Direct alignment with AWS field teams, offering context on seller priorities and how to position effectively within AWS motions.
Strategic workshops and ecosystem convenings
In 2025, SaaSify invested in a set of focused workshops and ecosystem convenings with cloud, industry and ecosystem partners. These were designed to give founders and GTM leaders deeper, practical insight into how cloud marketplace and co-sell motions operate at scale.
SaaSify × Flosum Hyperscaler Series
The series, co-led by Flosum leadership, gave founders and GTM leaders a clearer understanding of how cloud budgets are unlocked in practice, covering private offers, procurement acceleration, and the role of CRM automation in scaling co-sell motions. Participants walked away with a more grounded view of how Marketplace, co-sell, and internal systems need to work together to drive revenue.
SaaSify × PartnerInsights × AWS × Palo Alto
This joint session offered a firsthand look at how large enterprise marketplace strategies are designed and governed. ISVs gained clarity on how partner alignment, execution discipline, and consistency influence enterprise confidence, and how aligning their own partner motion can accelerate revenue outcomes.
F1 with SaaSify (United States Grand Prix)
At the US Grand Prix, SaaSify brought together a curated group of AWS partners and GTM leaders for a high-trust networking experience. The setting enabled candid conversations around partnerships, growth priorities, and marketplace execution.
Year-end Security Social Happy Hour at AWS re:Invent with SentinelOne
At AWS re:Invent, SaaSify co-hosted The Security Social Happy Hour with SentinelOne. This event was positioned as a year-end social mixer and networking forum for informal relationship building and reflection with partners, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders following a year of active collaboration.
Across workshops, roadshows, and ecosystem convenings in 2025, several consistent patterns emerged.
Early-stage teams struggled most with sequencing-knowing what to do first, what to delay, and how to avoid premature complexity. Growth-stage ISVs faced scaling challenges, particularly around CRM alignment and co-sell governance. Enterprise-focused teams prioritized predictability, compliance, and internal visibility over speed alone.
