2025 marked an important inflection point for SaaSify.

Over the course of the year, cloud marketplaces moved from being a promising growth lever to becoming a structurally important part of enterprise go-to-market strategies. For SaaSify, this shift reinforced the importance of our core mission: enabling ISVs to operationalize cloud marketplaces with clarity, consistency, and scale.

2025 was the year SaaSify translated product innovation into measurable marketplace impact.

  • ISVs and cloud partners standardized cloud marketplace GTM using SaaSify’s product innovations, including SaaSify AI Companion, the AWS Partner Central Migration Agent, and strengthened CRM-native workflows across AWS, Microsoft Marketplace, and GCP
  • Founders, GTM leaders, and partnership teams engaged through SaaSify-led workshops, strategic sessions, and ecosystem convenings across global markets
  • Cloud revenue influenced through marketplace-led and co-sell GTM motions supported by SaaSify
  • Practitioners reached through SaaSify’s playbooks, knowledge assets, and webinars and interactive sessions, democratizing marketplace execution knowledge at scale

Throughout 2025, our focus remained steady: strengthening execution across the marketplace lifecycle. This year-in-review reflects how those efforts came together and what they enabled for SaaSify and the teams we work with.

2025 was the Year Cloud Marketplaces Became Non-Optional

By the end of 2025, cloud marketplaces crossed a critical threshold. What had long been treated as an optional growth lever or a side-channel for specific deal types became structurally embedded into how enterprise software is bought, sold, and procured.

Enterprise buyers increasingly demanded procurement velocity, pricing transparency, and budget alignment that traditional direct sales motions struggled to deliver at scale. Hyperscalers, in parallel, sharpened their focus on co-sell accountability, pipeline discipline, and seller readiness. Four shifts made this inevitable:

Marketplaces became embedded in enterprise procurement workflows

Deal sizes increased, procurement cycles shortened, and marketplace transactions expanded beyond tactical purchases into strategic contracts.

Co-sell evolved into a structured growth engine

Hyperscalers increasingly emphasized pipeline hygiene, CRM alignment, and execution readiness, enabling partners to scale co-sell motions more predictably.

Operational readiness emerged as a growth accelerator

Teams with strong onboarding, private-offer workflows, and CRM synchronization moved faster, unlocked larger deals, and improved revenue predictability.

AI and automation became leverage multipliers

As marketplace activity scaled in volume and complexity, intelligent automation enabled teams to operate with speed, accuracy, and resilience.

This is the context in which SaaSify operated throughout the year. Our work was grounded in a simple but increasingly urgent reality: cloud marketplaces deliver sustained value only when they are treated as operating systems, not campaigns. That belief shaped every product decision, ecosystem engagement, and platform enhancement we made in 2025.

SaaSify in 2025: Product Innovation and Platform Enhancements Advancing Cloud GTM

SaaSify’s product roadmap in 2025 was shaped by recurring execution challenges observed across customers and partners. While there were several granular additions and feature upgrades, three areas received particular attention:

SaaSify AI Companion for Microsoft Marketplace

In 2025, SaaSify saw a clear opportunity to apply generative AI not as a generic assistant, but as an intelligent execution layer for cloud marketplace GTM.

SaaSify AI Companion was built to use AI to understand each ISV’s exact starting point, design an optimal execution path, and support that journey end-to-end, turning Marketplace GTM into an adaptive, intelligent operating motion rather than a static process. In practice, this enabled:

  • Faster, more predictable Marketplace progress. Teams moved from Partner Center setup to live offers and GTM activation with clearer sequencing, zero guesswork and fewer delays.
  • Context-aware execution at scale. Access to 50+ tailored execution roadmaps ensured Marketplace onboarding, launches, and expansions followed repeatable, maturity-aligned patterns.
  • Greater self-sufficiency with flexible support. ISVs operated confidently in self-service mode, bringing in guided or managed support only when needed, reducing reliance on external expertise.
  • Stronger Marketplace GTM readiness. Clearer co-sell alignment, seller-ready narratives, and Marketplace-appropriate collateral improved how offers performed in real GTM motions.

AWS Partner Central Migration Agent

2025 also saw AWS’s rollout of the new console-integrated Partner Central experience create a significant transition requirement for AWS Partner Network (APN) organizations.

SaaSify observed that many partners faced challenges related to coordination, technical and operational readiness, and role alignment. The SaaSify Agent for AWS Partner Central Migration was launched to support partners through this transition with an AI-powered, guided migration experience through three integrated pillars:

  • Migration Hub, which orchestrates the technical migration through four structured milestones and more than a dozen actionable tasks, with role-specific guidance and progress tracking.
  • Training Hub, which prepares alliance leads, sales teams, marketing users, and administrators for the new Partner Central experience through role-based learning paths.
  • Communication Hub, designed to support stakeholder alignment through structured communication, preparation tracking, and readiness visibility.

In practice, this is enabling faster migration readiness, reduced reliance on AWS support for routine issues, and more consistent, compliant post-migration environments, allowing partners to complete the transition with confidence and minimal disruption.

Strengthening CRM-native execution for marketplace operations

CRM systems have always been central to how GTM teams manage cloud marketplace activity at scale. In 2025, SaaSify focused on refining its CRM connectors to bring greater precision, automation, and reliability into the day-to-day workflows of sales, partnerships, and revenue operations teams. Over the year, this resulted in targeted improvements across CRM platforms:

  • Salesforce saw stronger private-offer and plan-type mapping, along with expanded field support across AWS and GCP, improving accuracy and reducing manual reconciliation.
  • HubSpot gained deeper co-sell handling, including support for multiple co-sells per deal, clearer audit visibility, and more reliable tracking of action-required states.
  • Dynamics 365 received upgrades in lifecycle synchronization, flexible data mapping, and webhook-based updates that improved timeliness and consistency.

Together, these enhancements helped marketplace execution live where GTM teams already operate, making CRM the dependable control plane for marketplace and co-sell workflows as programs scaled in complexity and volume.

SaaSify in 2025: Fostering Learning, Networking & Ecosystem Engagement

In 2025, SaaSify’s ecosystem engagements were designed to support practical execution learning. Across hands-on workshops, joint sessions, and industry events, the emphasis remained on helping teams translate marketplace intent into operational reality.

Catalyst 2025

We kicked off the year at Catalyst 2025, where discussions converged on three clear shifts: multi-cloud as the default, tighter co-sell alignment, and usage-led buying. These conversations also surfaced where teams were slowing down—onboarding delays, unclear validations, and manual co-sell steps—reinforcing the need for scalable, automation-led workflows led by SaaSify.

That insight carried through the rest of the year.

AWS Startup Roadshow (Paris & Berlin)

SaaSify’s AWS partnership workshops in Paris and Berlin brought together 100+ early-stage founders and GTM leaders for focused, hands-on sessions on making AWS Marketplace and co-sell execution real. Participants walked away with:

  • A clear 6-month AWS partnership roadmap, outlining Marketplace readiness, co-sell priorities, and execution sequencing.
  • Practical co-sell operating guidance, including how CRM integration and pipeline hygiene directly impact AWS deal velocity.
  • Better clarity on where AI and automation add leverage, especially in reducing manual partnership overhead as scale increases.
  • Direct alignment with AWS field teams, offering context on seller priorities and how to position effectively within AWS motions.

Strategic workshops and ecosystem convenings

In 2025, SaaSify invested in a set of focused workshops and ecosystem convenings with cloud, industry and ecosystem partners. These were designed to give founders and GTM leaders deeper, practical insight into how cloud marketplace and co-sell motions operate at scale.

SaaSify × Flosum Hyperscaler Series

The series, co-led by Flosum leadership, gave founders and GTM leaders a clearer understanding of how cloud budgets are unlocked in practice, covering private offers, procurement acceleration, and the role of CRM automation in scaling co-sell motions. Participants walked away with a more grounded view of how Marketplace, co-sell, and internal systems need to work together to drive revenue.

SaaSify × PartnerInsights × AWS × Palo Alto

This joint session offered a firsthand look at how large enterprise marketplace strategies are designed and governed. ISVs gained clarity on how partner alignment, execution discipline, and consistency influence enterprise confidence, and how aligning their own partner motion can accelerate revenue outcomes.

F1 with SaaSify (United States Grand Prix)

At the US Grand Prix, SaaSify brought together a curated group of AWS partners and GTM leaders for a high-trust networking experience. The setting enabled candid conversations around partnerships, growth priorities, and marketplace execution.

Year-end Security Social Happy Hour at AWS re:Invent with SentinelOne

At AWS re:Invent, SaaSify co-hosted The Security Social Happy Hour with SentinelOne. This event was positioned as a year-end social mixer and networking forum for informal relationship building and reflection with partners, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders following a year of active collaboration.

Across workshops, roadshows, and ecosystem convenings in 2025, several consistent patterns emerged.

Early-stage teams struggled most with sequencing—knowing what to do first, what to delay, and how to avoid premature complexity. Growth-stage ISVs faced scaling challenges, particularly around CRM alignment and co-sell governance. Enterprise-focused teams prioritized predictability, compliance, and internal visibility over speed alone.

SaaSify in 2025: Turning Insights into Actionable Playbooks and Shared Knowledge

In 2025, SaaSify invested deeply in building a shared, accessible knowledge repository to cover the full lifecycle of marketplace execution, across AWS, Microsoft Marketplace, and GCP. This took shape through a growing set of connected assets:

Marketplace Operations Automation Playbook (AWS, Azure, GCP)

A practical guide to automating onboarding, operations, pricing, and enterprise deal execution. Teams applying these practices were able to:

80%
Fewer marketplace flaws
900+

GCP Marketplace Automation Playbook

Focused specifically on Google Cloud, this playbook translated GCP Marketplace requirements into an executable operating model. It covered listing readiness, procurement flows, billing considerations, and integration with existing GTM systems, helping teams approach GCP Marketplace successfully.

Beyond the playbooks, SaaSify steadily expanded this knowledge base through:

  • Technical blogs and thought leadership articles breaking down marketplace execution topics, from co-sell readiness and CRM integration to private offers and operational maturity. These pieces translated complex workflows into clear, actionable guidance, allowing teams at different stages to self-educate and apply learnings incrementally.
  • Webinars and interactive sessions with SaaSify leaders and industry experts. These allowed teams to engage directly with execution concepts, ask questions, and see how patterns applied across different clouds and stages of growth.

The Impact of 2025: Measurable Scale, Real Outcomes

In 2025, SaaSify moved decisively from enablement to impact, delivering tangible gains in scale, efficiency, and growth across the cloud marketplace ecosystem. Over the year, we:
